  matthew e We stayed here in june last year and absolutely loved it . Very rarely book the same place twice but the kids were adamant ! Pools ,bars , food plentiful and top drawer. The lodges are small but clean and have everything you need , the zoo is ENORMOUS and its great to just to nip and do an hour here and there . The water park is brilliant and an absolute winner with the kids . Only slight improvements needed if any would be the evening entertainment and some way of dealing with the wasps !!

  Paula M Excellent accommodation wen they found out I was disabled staff couldn’t do enough food was lovely lots kiddies so not a lot of grown up. Space would have been nice too have a child free zone as restaurant noisy kids screaming every where you went tried too relax in pool kids made it a misery woul have been better too have one adult pool. But on the whole A beautiful place great staff we diddnt want too leave if you ar the fit hire a Mobility scooter lot of walking but absolutely fantastic I had a scooter n when they say all inclusive they Ment it lovely experience in general would not go back as always like new things. But it is a great experience

  We have just come back & I had to write the review, this hotel has everything you could ask for. Food was amazing, so much choice, staff really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our 3 year old loved the zoo & the water park, she especially liked the pink icy slush drinks. Fantastic place, we will definitely be back

  Aaron L This place is brilliant the staff are friendly and very helpful especially reception the food is great it is definitely worth going to the Italian. The rooms are spacious we had a two bedroom lodge the water park is great nice touch with the all inclusive bar the zoo is not the best but worth a look round.i would highly recommended this resort to any one

  What an amazing place and everything there for you to do.The food was amazing I am a fussy eater and could eat everyday every meal. The staff couldn't do enough for you and are really friendly. Pool area is really good and the fact when sitting at the pool you could be looking right into the elephants is amazing. The zoo and water park are really good as well keeps the kids and big kids entertained for something different each day. Entertainment was good involved the kids all the time Mario was brilliant with them same as all the kids entertainers they were great bunch of people. The lodges are really nice and clean,the beds in the lodges are comfy which is a bonus and the fact you get our TV channels as well was good at night when you went back to your lodge. Overall one of the best holidays we were on and we were only back a week and we are book to go back next year but this time we are going in October instead of July cause it was just a bit to hot. Well done to all the staff for making it a great holiday hopefully see the same staff there next year.
